JACKSONVILLE — The Jacksonville Jaguars placed defensive end Josh Allen (knee), cornerback D.J. Hayden (hamstring) and safety Daniel Thomas (arm) on injured reserve Tuesday. Hayden is ineligible to return this season since he already spent one stint on IR.

From 0-5 to one win from a regional final. Columbia is back in the regional semis for the third straight year with a matchup set against Daytona Beach Mainland this Friday in the Jungle. It took a 28-14 win over Seabreeze last week in the Region 1-6A quarterfinals to make it happen.

GAINESVILLE — No. 6 Florida will have standout tight end Kyle Pitts back for Saturday’s game against Kentucky. Pitts missed the last weeks following a vicious hit against Georgia that caused a concussion and did enough damage to his nose that he needed surgery.
