NOTICE OF AGENCY ACTION TAKEN BY THE SUWANNEE RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
Notice is given that the following permit was issued on March 25th 2026: The Kinjac Corporation, 197 SW Waterford Ct. Lake City, FL 32025 permit# ERP-023-205607-5. The project is located in Columbia County, Section 03, Township 6 South, Range 17 East. The permit authorizes a surface water management system on 37.04 acres for a Travel Center known as Busy Bee - Ellisville. The receiving water body is on site retention. A person whose substantial interests are or may be affected has the right to request an administrative hearing by filing a written petition with the Suwannee River Water Management District (District). The District Board of Trustees, Florida Gateway College, will hold a public workshop followed by its regular meeting on Thursday, June 11, 2026, in the Board Room of the Administration Building (Building 001) of Florida Gateway College.
