NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2020, and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated October 16, 2020, in the above styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in Courtroom 1, Columbia County Courthouse, 173 NE Hernando Avenue, Lake City, Columbia County, Florida, at 11:00 A.M. on November 4, 2020, the following described property:
