Charles Perry Partners, Inc. has been selected to provide Construction Management services for the Columbia County Schools – Summers Elementary School – Existing Building 3 – Classroom Renovation project at 1388 Southwest McFarlane Avenue, Lake City, Florida at the Columbia County School District.
Charles Perry Partners, Inc. is currently accepting subcontractor/vendor prequalification applications and bid proposals for the following scopes of work:
SELECTIVE DEMOLITION, SITE WORK, CONCRETE, ROOFING, DOORS/FRAMES/HARDWARE, WINDOWS, DRYWALL/FRAMING, PAINTING, ACCOUSTICAL CEILINGS, FLOORING, MISC. SPECIALTIES, SIGNAGE, WINDOW COVERINGS, PLUMBING, HVAC, ELECTRICAL, SITEWORK
