PITTSBURGH — Florida State is way more than leading scorer M.J. Walker. Raiquan Gray had 16 points and eight rebounds, and the 16th-ranked Seminoles beat Pittsburgh 79-72 on Saturday for their third straight win.

COLLEGE BASKETBALL: Florida rides early eruption to down Georgia

GAINESVILLE — Colin Castleton scored 14 points and Tyree Appleby and Tre Mann each scored 13 and Florida led most of the way in a 70-63 win over Georgia on Saturday. The win ended Florida's two-game losing streak and marked the first win for the Gators (11-6, 7-5 Southeastern Conference) since Jan.

CANTONMENT — Steve Faulkner has had teams score over 90 points in a game in his career as a head coach.  It doesn’t happen very often and just once in his six years at Columbia. But Thursday night was a new high with him at the helm. It came at the perfect time for the Tigers too.
