LIVE OAK — The Preseason Classic will bring some memories for Suwannee head coach Kyler Hall. The former Bulldog standout always takes a trip back in time when neighboring Hamilton County is on the schedule. The Trojans visit Langford Stadium tonight for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff.

FRIDAY NIGHT PREVIEW: Fort White faces Middleburg in Preseason Classic with new faces

FORT WHITE — The scorching spring practices are finally over. Now is the time for real football. Well, almost. Fort White conducted a short walk-through practice session Thursday afternoon on the same field it’ll take tonight for the team’s Preseason Classic game against Middleburg at 7 p.m.

Columbia’s coaching staff was thinner last year due to covid-19. With some assistants opting out of the season and not returning, certain position groups suffered and the defensive backs were one of them.

PREP FOOTBALL: Coker's passion translates to playmaking for Branford

BRANFORD — There were glimpses last year. In the spring game, Caden Coker again showed the playmaking ability he possesses. This fall, Branford coach Tim Clark is hoping that is a constant part of the Buccaneers’ offense. It’s been evident again during fall practice.
