MAYO — Lafayette Elementary School proved up to the (Peanut Butter) challenge.
As part of the statewide Peanut Butter Challenge in October, which collected nearly 20,000 jars, Lafayette Elementary School collected 319 jars or 536.5 pounds of peanut butter to benefit the UF/IFAS project.
