ANALYSIS: Jaguars lock up another losing season, their 9th in 10 years

JACKSONVILLE — The Jacksonville Jaguars are guaranteed another losing season, their ninth in the past 10 years. The Jaguars (1-9) locked up their latest sub-.500 record with a 27-3 drubbing at the hands of unbeaten Pittsburgh on Sunday.

NFL: Jaguars facing another QB decision after Luton's debacle

JACKSONVILLE — The Jacksonville Jaguars have another quarterback decision to make. Coach Doug Marrone acknowledged he considered benching rookie Jake Luton in a 27-3 loss to unbeaten Pittsburgh on Sunday and switching to veteran Mike Glennon.

COLLEGE BASKETBALL: Florida pauses activities because of positive tests, won't play week’s scheduled games

Florida's basketball team has paused activities for at least a week because of positive covid-19 tests and contact tracing protocols. The Gators will not play this week’s scheduled games against UMass Lowell and No. 4 Virginia in a tournament at the Mohegan Sun resort in Connecticut.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL: Florida overcomes slow start to beat Vandy

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Florida quarterback Kyle Trask is all about winning — and not so much about awards and records.  Trask passed for 383 yards and three touchdowns, and No. 6 Florida rallied from an early deficit to beat Vanderbilt 38-17 on Saturday.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL: No. 4 Clemson at Florida State postponed hours before start

The game between No. 4 Clemson and Florida State was postponed hours before kickoff Saturday when medical personnel from both schools could not agree it was safe to play.

PREP FOOTBALL: Columbia eliminates Seabreeze in Region 1-6A quarterfinals behind ground-and-pound attack & timely defense
