Suwannee’s swim season came to an end at Thursday’s Region 1-2A meet at the Florida Aquatic Swimming and Training Aquatic Center in Ocala, where the girls placed 14th and the boys finished 17th. Results for the girls included: — Oliviah Schneider was 15th in 200 IM (2:46.

Casey Fair was Columbia’s lone regional qualifier, advancing to Tuesday’s Region 1-3A meet in the 100 butterfly and as an alternate in the 200 IM. The junior placed fourth in both the 100 butterfly (1:08.33) and 200 IM (2:28.72) at the District 2-3A meet on Oct. 23.
