McALPIN — A Suwannee County couple faces child abuse charges after authorities say they “targeted” and “totured” their child. Justin and Sarah Fadness, both 34 from McAlpin, were arrested Thursday night on aggravated child abuse and child neglect with great bodily harm charges.
