Columbia 2023 cornerback Amare Ferrell announced his top 10 college list on Tuesday. Ferrell, a 4-star prospect according to Rivals, has narrowed his choices down to Florida State, Miami, Ole Miss, Arizona, West Virginia, South Carolina, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Tennessee and Cincinnati.
