Amyah Jones had 17 points and Shadavia Jones added 12 to lead Suwannee to a 53-42 win over Godby on the road Thursday night. V’kaylynn Ward and Jayla Reid also chipped in with nine points each to help the Bulldogs (4-3) top the winless Cougars (0-6) for their third straight win.

There’s no cure for a losing streak quite like playing the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jaguars (2-10) have helped four opponents end multi-game skids this season, including three in the past six weeks. The Tennessee Titans (8-4) can only hope the trend continues Sunday in Nashville.

Na’Haviya Paxton put on a show Thursday night. She didn’t have to do it all by herself it either. Columbia’s senior point guard recorded her first quadruple-double of the season, scoring 24 points with 10 rebounds, 10 assists and 10 steals to lead Columbia to a 74-51 win over Creekside at home.

If the first 30 seconds of Thursday night’s match against Bishop Kenny were any indication, the Tigers would’ve walked away with an easy win. A forced turnover and a great shot on goal forced Crusaders goalkeeper Jake Moran to fall on the ball and his teammates to regroup.
