PREP FOOTBALL: CHS WR Frier hoping to play in Classic vs. Suwannee despite injury

Camdon Frier was jumping at the opportunity to face his former team again. Now he’s just hoping he can play. Columbia’s senior receiver exited practice Tuesday after aggravating his sports hernia injury, which he had surgery for in the offseason.

PREP FOOTBALL: Defense dominates, offense struggles in Columbia scrimmage

The good news from Columbia’s team scrimmage on Friday? The defense looked great. The bad news? The offense didn’t. It’s left head coach Brian Allen searching for answers with one week to go until the Tigers’ Preseason Classic at Suwannee.
