Mad man arrested for firing gunshots

Upset that someone was looking at him, a Lake City man fired off a couple warning shots Monday morning that led to his arrest, authorities said.
According to the Lake City Police Department, 20-year-old Romond Bell III was walking near NE Early Street and NE Dyson Terrace around 8:15 a.m.
