COMMENTARY: Columbia's offense can’t get out of own way amid 0-3 start

One step forward, two steps back. That’s been Columbia’s offense so far this season. Just when you think things are going well, something goes awry.  The Tigers haven’t been able to get out of their own way on the offensive side of the ball and it’s a big reason for their 0-3 start to the year.

PREP VOLLEYBALL: Columbia wins back-to-back titles at Lady Bulldog Invitational

Columbia won the Lady Bulldog Invitational at Bell on Saturday for the second straight year, while also pushing its record above .500 for the first time this season. The Tigers topped P.K. Yonge 25-13, 25-14 on Friday before returning Saturday to cruise past Trenton 25-8, 25-12.

PREP CROSS COUNTRY: Columbia boys, Branford girls win Tiger Run

The Columbia boys once again defended their title at the Tiger Run on Saturday at the Columbia County Fairgrounds, led by a first-place finish by Nolan Martin. Martin ran the race in 18:00.41 minutes, while teammate Joshua Thompson placed second in 18:20.77.
