LIVE OAK — There’s a new boss at Suwannee Parks and Recreation. Two weeks after Director Greg Scott was appointed the county’s interim county administrator, a new director has been approved.

LIVE OAK — Project Wave may become one step closer to coming in to Suwannee County. At its 5 p.m. meeting today, the Suwannee County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on a development agreement with Project Wave. The public hearing is set for 5:15 p.m.

Foul play suspected in Wellborn woman’s disappearance

WELLBORN — Suwannee County authorities suspect found play in a Wellborn woman’s disappearance. According to the Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office, 59-year-old Deborah Lanham was reported missing Wednesday. The Wellborn woman is listed as 5-foot-3 and 165 pounds with blue eyes and light brown hair.

LIVE OAK — The Suwannee Spring Reunion will return to the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in late March. The fifth annual event will be held March 23-26 with a huge lineup of artists and five stages, organizers announced Friday.
