Abortion, pot rulings likely coming Monday

TALLAHASSEE — The wait likely will last through the weekend. The Florida Supreme Court appears poised Monday afternoon to issue rulings about whether proposed constitutional amendments that seek to ensure abortion rights and allow recreational marijuana will go on the November ballot.

Live Oak man faces child sex charges

LIVE OAK — A Live Oak man has been arrested following multiple accusations of lewd behavior around children. Timothy Portbury, 41, was arrested Thursday on charges of sexual assault and lewd and lascivious behavior of victims under 12.
