BOYS & GIRLS SOCCER: Area teams face win-or-go-home scenarios in district tournaments

PREP ROUNDUP: Columbia boys can't rally past Impact Christian Academy

Another rally wasn’t in the cards Saturday night for Columbia’s boys basketball team, which fell to Class 1A No. 3 Impact Christian Academy 57-53 in the Duel in Duval at FSCJ. Ronald Clark scored 19 points for the Lions (14-4) while Jeremiah Jones had 14 and Frandy Perez had 11.

BOYS BASKETBALL: Columbia's 'cardiac kids' pull out win over Suwannee

PREP ROUNDUP: Columbia boys fall to Wakulla on second-half goal

Mathan Cook scored a goal, but Columbia’s boys soccer team fell to Wakulla 2-1 at CYSA on Wednesday night. The teams were tied 1-1 at halftime before the War Eagles (8-4-1) went ahead with a goal in the second half. CHS goalkeeper Logan Wheeldon made eight saves in the loss.
