LIVE OAK — Heading into the fourth quarter, Suwannee was right where it wanted to be: in a one-score game against rival Madison County. That final period at Langford Stadium, though, was anything but what the Bulldogs wanted as the Cowboys wore them down for a 43-26 win Friday night.

MAYO — Lafayette got the rebound win it needed as it looks ahead to facing undefeated Chiefland next week. Winless Brookwood (Ga.) was no match for the Hornets, especially with Jordan Murphy doing exactly what’s expected of a playmaker.
