LIVE OAK — The Live Oak City Council has three options for its interim city manager. At its Tuesday meeting, the council will discuss, with possible action, the hiring of an interim city manager. The council meets at 5:30 p.m. at Live Oak City Hall, 101 White Avenue SE.

Two killed in Interstate 10 rollover

LIVE OAK — Two passengers were killed Tuesday night when the van they were traveling in veered off Interstate 10 and rolled over in Suwannee County. The van was headed west on I-10 around 9:40 p.m. Tuesday when, for unknown reasons, it veered left and into the median just east of the U.S.

LHS FBLA sends 11 to nationals

MAYO — Lafayette High School’s FBLA is sending 11 members to the national convention this summer. At last week’s Florida FBLA Convention in Orlando, three Lafayette FBLA high school teams qualified for the national event by finishing in the top four.

Trump pleads not guilty to 34 charges; admonished by judge

NEW YORK — Donald Trump conspired to undermine the 2016 election through a series of hush money payments designed to stifle claims that could be harmful to his candidacy, prosecutors said Tuesday in unsealing a historic 34-count felony indictment against the former president.
