TALLAHASSEE — Florida lawmakers will start the annual 60-day legislative session on Tuesday, with Gov. Ron DeSantis giving his State of the State address.

Suwannee eyes new Project Wave deal

LIVE OAK — Altered site plans are leading to a new agreement between Suwannee County and Project Wave. The Suwannee County Commission will consider at an amended development agreement with Rhino Inc. at its Tuesday meeting. The commission meets at 5:30 p.m.

LIVE OAK — While 2023 is starting to wind down, things are picking up at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park. After hosting Thanksgiving and Christmas events, the park is set to ring in the new year with several more events packed into the final few days of the current one.
