In an effort to keep students on track for the completion of their degree or certificate, Florida Gateway College announced a tuition initiative for summer courses online.

WASHINGTON — Congress and President Donald Trump reached agreement Tuesday on a nearly $500 billion coronavirus relief bill that would replenish a small business rescue program and provide new funds for hospitals and a virus testing program.

TALLAHASSEE — A court-appointed receiver is asking a judge to force a foundation behind an embattled domestic-violence agency to turn over more than $1.5 million to support victims’ services throughout the state.
The victim is a 78-year-old woman, one of 89 people infected at Suwannee Health and Rehabilitation Center in Live Oak, state records show.

A ninth person has died of covid-19 in Suwannee County, the department of health there announced Tuesday. The victim is a 78-year-old woman, one of 89 people infected at Suwannee Health and Rehabilitation Center in Live Oak, state records show.

When your world has revolved around school for as long as you can remember, it’s a strange thing to suddenly find yourself home all the time. For Delaney Williams, an 18-year-old senior at Columbia High School, everything in her life has been leading up to college.
The deaths of a 74-year-old man and 62-year-old woman, both previously diagnosed with the virus, brought the total there up to eight, the Florida Department of Health in Suwannee County announced on Monday.
