Columbia’s Jose Rodriguez led all area male runners with a fourth-place finish (17:44.60) at the 14th Alligator Lake XC Invitational on Tuesday, while Suwannee’s Ryleigh Hermanson led all female runners with a fourth-place finish (21:43.90).

PREP FOOTBALL: Suwannee shuts out Taylor County to take District 4-2S opener

LIVE OAK — The Suwannee Bulldogs were ready for prime time. After their District 4-2S opener was delayed three days by cancellations due to Hurricane Ian, the Bulldogs dominated visiting Taylor County 38-0 on Monday night at Langford Stadium.
