Antibody tests for covid-19 are readily available — all you have to do is donate some blood.  LifeSouth announced last week that it would begin administering the tests to all eligible donors. The tests can give a person an idea whether they’ve had the virus, but it is not a surefire method.
Participants should refrain from eating, drinking or using tobacco products for two hours before testing. Water is OK.

A two-minute campaign video provoked the latest controversy in local politics — not about the content of the message, but rather what was in the background.  On Friday, incumbent County Commissioner Ron Williams uploaded a video of himself standing in the Richardson Community Center gym.
