LC man charged with evidence tampering

A Lake City man has been arrested in connection to a September shooting.
According to a Lake City Police Department release, Trabarious Elijah Hogue, 22, was arrested Thursday after an investigation led detectives to learn that Hogue tampered with evidence following a Sept.

WEST PALM BEACH — A Wellborn millionaire will be spending 12 years in state prison after pleading guilty to killing a Lake City teenager two years ago.
Troy Hutto, 56, changed his plea in a hearing Thursday morning in Palm Beach County, pleading guilty to manslaughter with a firearm.

After a quarter of a century, Lions will no longer be produced in Lake City.
Saint Leo University announced Thursday that it was closing eight of its 14 education centers, including the Lake City Education Center. The closures are to occur within the next six months.
