PREP FLAG FOOTBALL: Columbia shut out by Orange Park in second loss to start season

Anthony Perry knows it’s a game of patience, both between the sidelines and in the locker room. Tuesday’s result proved just that to the Columbia coach. The Tigers got off to a slow start and never recovered en route to a 20-0 defeat to Orange Park at Tiger Stadium.

PREP WRESTLING: 9 Columbia boys qualify for regionals

TALLAHASSEE — Columbia’s boys wrestling team took fourth at the District 2-2A IBT on Saturday at Lincoln, qualifying nine of its 13 wrestlers for next week’s regional meet. Leading the Tigers were a pair of runner-up finishers — Xavier Williams in the 215 class and Cyler Robinson in the 144 class.
