Live Oak looking for new city manager

LIVE OAK — Nearly five years after returning home to retire, Ron Williams is finally ready to do that. Williams told the Live Oak City Council at its meeting Tuesday night of his intent to retire as the city manager.

Three people were killed in area traffic crashes during the past two days in Hamilton and Suwannee counties. The first fatal mishap occurred 5:42 p.m. Thursday in Suwannee County when a man from Lake Park, Ga.

Walmart latest retailer to require wearing of masks

NEW YORK — Walmart will require customers to wear face coverings at all of its namesake and Sam’s Club stores, making it the largest retailer to introduce such a policy that has otherwise proven difficult to enforce without state and federal requirements.

FGC holding two-day enrollment event
