LIVE OAK — A Live Oak man was killed in a single-vehicle accident late Thursday night in northern Suwannee County. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a 46-year-old Live Oak man was driving north on 153rd Road when his pickup ran through a stop sign at County Road 132.

LIVE OAK — Hitting a child multiple times, including to the face and head, led to the arrest of a Live Oak man this week. A Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office report states Kent John Severson, 52, struck a male juvenile’s body repeatedly Tuesday evening.
