Eastside open house attracts thousands

Columbia County reinstates burn ban

Outdoor burning is again banned in Columbia County.Following the recommendation from Columbia County Fire Chief Jeff Crawford, the Columbia County Commission unanimously approved reinstating a burn ban at its meeting Thursday night.

Fallen first responders will be remembered Tuesday by community

Students in grades kindergarten through fifth at Minnie J. Niblack Elementary School continued building healthy habits through nutrition lessons taught by UF/IFAS Extension Columbia County during PE.
