Section 3, a distance of 64.12 feet to a 5/8" iron rod, L.S. 4708, on the West right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 41;

along said West right-of-way line, a distance of 120.00 feet to a 5/8" iron rod, L.S. 4708, and the point of beginning;
thence continue S.03 degrees 58`00"E., along said West right of-way line, a distance of 195.00 feet to a concrete
monument, L.S. 4708, marking the NE corner of lands described in Official Records Book (ORB) 370, Page 105 of the
Official Records of Columbia County, Florida; thence S.87 degrees 45`18"W., along the North line of said lands described
in ORB 370, Page 105, a distance of 353.00 feet to a concrete monument, L.S. 4708, marking the NW corner of said
lands; thence N.03 degrees 57`07"W., 205.73 feet; thence N.89 degrees 29`40"E., 353.43 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 1.62 acres, more or less. Subject to an easement for ingress and egress purposes as lies 40.00 feet to the
left (South) of the following described line: A part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 3, Township 5 South, Range 17
East, Columbia County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at a concrete monument
