NOTICE OF AGENCY ACTION TAKEN BY THE SUWANNEE RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
Notice is given that the following permit was issued on July 5, 2023: Forest Land Development, 426 SW Commerce Drive STE 145 Lake City, FL 32025 permit# ERP-023-244415-1. The project is located in Columbia County, Section 15, Township 4 South, Range 16 East. The permit authorizes a surface water management system on 17.8 acres for Single Family Residential Development known as Forest Cove Subdivision. The receiving water body is Clay Hole Creek. A person whose substantial interests are or may be affected has the right to request an administrative hearing by filing a written petition with the Suwannee River Water Management District (District).
