Senior Salute: “What I will miss the most is the game of baseball. I have enjoyed playing baseball for the past 14 years. For the last four years I have played for Fort White High School. During that time I have made many memories on and off the field with some great friends. These friends have now become family. My most memorable moment is hitting a home run against Trenton. I wish we could have finished our season this year, but we had it taken away from us. For the seniors this is the end of the road. My advice for the younger players is a quote from Coach Julius: ‘Play every game like it is your last, because you never know when it could be taken away from you.’”

Looking ahead: “My plans after high school are to attend FGC, then pursue my career at a vocational-technical school.”

Senior Salute is an ongoing series from the LCR to honor the seniors who lost their spring seasons due to covid-19. If your coach hasn’t reached out to you, you can also reach out to us.
