Senior Salute: “My senior year in the preseason, I was playing second base and we had a first-and-third play going on so I go for a cut-off and the runner in a rundown between third and home ends up falling and I had to be carried off the field in pain and thinking to myself nothing is wrong. And then later I found out I had a complete tear of my ACL and would be out for the rest of the season. This was a very hard time for me but I was glad I still could watch all my girls play even though our season got cut short.”

Looking ahead: Plans to attend college but isn’t sure which one yet.

Senior Salute is an ongoing series from the LCR to honor the seniors who lost their spring seasons due to covid-19. If your coach hasn’t reached out to you, you can also reach out to us.
