BASEBALL
— Lafayette 9, St. Francis Catholic 1: Lane Brock, Matthew Jenkins, Evan Buchanan and Bryson Herron combined to throw a two-hitter with 13 strikeouts to lead the Class 1A No. 1 Hornets (10-3) past the Wolves (5-9) at home Monday night. Jenkins had six of those strikeouts and picked up the win in two innings, only allowing three walks. Austin Herron, Karlos Murphy, Derrick Hewett, Dawson Mock and Brock each had one RBI, which included a solo home run by Mock.
SOFTBALL
— Suwannee 10, Bell 0: Zoie Hatch went 2 for 3 with a home run and four RBIs, and Gracie Hatley threw a one-hitter with two walks and seven strikeouts as the Bulldogs (10-3) run-ruled Bell (3-10) in five innings at home Monday night. Rachel Smith also went 2 for 3 with three RBIs, while Haley Law and Watley added an RBI each.

— Columbia 7, Middleburg 0: Singles: No. 1 Allison Matsubara won 8-1, No. 2 Adriana Velez won 8-2, No. 3 Amanda Gonzalez won 8-2, No. 4 Cassidy O’Neal won 8-0, No. 5 Kristen Cason won 8-1; Doubles: No. 1 Matsubara/Gonzalez won 8-3, No. 2 Velez/O’Neal won 8-0.
