BASEBALL
— Branford 10, Fort White 5: The Buccaneers (8-12) broke a 5-5 tie with a five-run sixth inning off Davic Kasper to defeat the Indians (11-12) at home in District 6-1A action. Tucker Floyd and Austin Humphries both finished 2 for 3 with two RBIs, while Andres Maysonet, Chason Blocker and Keaton Brown each had one RBI for BHS, which scored its first five runs off Tucker Flynn over five innings. Floyd pitched five innings in relief for the win, allowing three earned runs on three hits and four walks while striking out four. Garrett Depaola had two RBIs for FWHS, which also saw Hayden Adams, Carson Capallia and Caden Hall drive in one run apiece.
SOFTBALL
— Suwannee 15, Bradford 0: Rachel Smith and Haley Law both went 3 for 4 with three RBIs, Braylyn Federico, Felicity May and Allyson Royero each had two RBIs, and Caudence Jenkins, Maylee Gabey and Brianna Woods each had an RBI to lead the Bulldogs (14-9) to a run-rule win over the Tornadoes (7-15) in five innings on the road. Gracie Watley pitched all five innings for the win, allowing four hits while striking out five.
