BASEBALL

— Columbia 15, Episcopal 7: The Tigers (7-1) jumped out to a 12-1 lead after two innings but got dragged through a full seven innings by the Eagles (0-5) before coming away with a road win Monday night for their seventh straight victory. Camdon Frier went 2 for 2 with a home run and four RBIs, Ayden Phillips was 2 for 3 with three RBIs, Bynton Edge was 1 for 3 with three RBIs and Carston Palmer was 2 for 2 with a triple and two RBIs, while Branson Mann, Hayden Gustavson and Gamble Whitcomb all had one RBI. Phillips picked up the win in two innings on the mound, allowing an unearned run on three hits with three strikeouts.

SOFTBALL

— Suwannee 18, Gadsden County 0: Haley Law went 2 for 2 with three RBIs and Secora Pickles was 1 for 2 with two RBIs to lead the Bulldogs (5-1) to a run-rule victory over the Jaguars (0-3) in two innings on the road Monday night. Zoie Hatch, Kirsten Yaun, Gracie Watley, Braylyn Federico, Madyson Anderson and Brianna Woods all added one RBI. Watley threw a no-hitter in the circle, striking out four batters.

FLAG FOOTBALL

— Suwannee 28, Baker County 7: The Bulldogs (2-1) topped the Wildcats (0-3) on the road Monday night.

GIRLS TENNIS

— Columbia 6, Middleburg 1: Singles: Allison Matsubara lost 8-6, Adriana Velez won 8-0, Amanda Gonzalez won 8-0, Cassidy O’Neal won 8-0, Kirsten Cason won via forfeit; Doubles: Matsubara/Gonzalez won 8-3, Velez/O’Neal won 8-1.
