— Columbia 59, Nease 51: Jolena Gardner posted a double-double of 22 points and 12 rebounds to go with three blocks, and Dariyan Williams also notched a double-double with 11 points and 21 rebounds to go with seven blocks to lead the Tigers (1-0) past the Panthers (0-1) on the road in their season opener. Ayesha Broxey added 16 points and Mariah Cox also chipped in with nine points, four rebounds, four assists and three steals in the win.
— Fort White 70, Lafayette 27: Columbia transfer Zuri Hollie scored 33 points, Isreal Hart added 15 points and Erickah Roberson, another CHS transfer, finished with nine points to lead the Indians (1-0) to a blowout win over the Hornets (0-1) at home in their season opener. Havyn Richardson led LHS with 10 points.

— Columbia 2, Middleburg 1: Peyton Palmer scored the game-winning goal on an assist from Nathan Matsubara to lift the Tigers (2-1-1) to a road victory on the Broncos (2-4) in District 2-5A action. Matsubara also scored a goal on an assist from Jonathan Pineda.
— Keystone Heights 8, Fort White 0: Aaron Wiley netted a hat trick as KHHS (4-1-1) shut out the Indians (0-4) for a mercy-rule win at CYSA.

— Branford 1, Dixie County 1: Delilah Poore scored a goal on an assist from Savannah Creech and goalkeeper Zoe Nahabetian made three saves to help the Buccaneers (2-1-1) tie the Bears (0-0-1) on the road.
— Keystone Heights 4, Fort White 1: Halea Lam scored two goals to lead KHHS (4-2-1) to a win over the Indians (1-5) at CYSA. Anndersn Fuller scored the lone goal for FWHS on an assist from Gabriella Serrano, while goalkeeper Analee Mills made 17 saves in the loss.
— West Nassau 6, Suwannee 3: Goalkeeper Layla Merola made a whopping 25 saves but the Warriors (4-0) still put six shots into the back of the net to beat the Bulldogs (2-5) at home. Alaira Handy scored a goal and assisted goals to Maddyson Royero and Hannah Gamble for SHS.
