PREP ROUNDUP: Scores and stats from 1/10/26

Columbia, Fort White, Suwannee and Branford were in action in basketball and soccer Saturday night.

Here are scores and stats for Jan. 10.

BOYS BASKETBALL

— Williston 53, Columbia 49: Jaden Magee’s 23 points were enough for the Class Rural No. 6 Red Devils (11-4) to hand the Tigers (9-8) a loss in the Tigers’ Den. Shaheed White led CHS with 13 points while Zaeon Jones added nine on three 3-pointers.

— Hilliard 71, Fort White 32: Desean Lally scored 14 points but the Indians (5-8) fell to the Red Flashes (7-4) on the road.

— Gainesville 76, Suwannee 48

— Bradford 64, Branford 41

GIRLS BASKETBALL

— Hilliard 63, Fort White 48

— Madison County 59, Suwannee 31

BOYS SOCCER

— Choctawhatchee 3, Columbia 2: Despite two goals from Colyn Weatherspoon, the Tigers (7-8-2) dropped their second game of the South Walton Showdown to the Indians (10-3-2). CHS goalkeeper Logan Wheeldon made four saves.

— Columbia 3, Niceville 2: The Tigers (8-8-2) followed up the loss to Choctawhatchee with a much-needed victory over the Class 6A No. 2 Eagles (13-2-2) to cap off the South Walton Showdown thanks to two goals from Colyn Weatherspoon and another from Griffin Roberts. CHS goalkeeper Logan Wheeldon made eight saves in the win over NHS, which was also ranked 14th nationally by MaxPreps.

GIRLS SOCCER

— Episcopal School 4, Columbia 1: Sadie Sparks made 11 saves and Gianna Farer made three, but the Tigers (7-7-2) came up short against the Eagles (9-3) at Tiger Stadium. Leah Shields score the lone goal for CHS on an assist from Laelle Thompson.
