Suwannee pitcher Grayson Greene was voted by the readers as the LCR Athlete of the Week for Feb. 10-15.
Greene received 406 of the 1,085 votes in our online poll following a week where he struck out 10 batters while allowing zero hits and one walk in four innings of work to pick up the win in the Bulldogs’ 6-0 victory over Lafayette. He finished ahead of Columbia wrestler Carlee Morrison (388), Suwannee weightlifter Jordyn Rodriguez (103), Lafayette pitcher Hyatt Richardson (84), Columbia slugger Ayden Phillips (81), Fort White boys guard Tafari Moe (13) and Fort White girls guard Zuri Hollie (10).
