NFL: Jaguars place franchise tag on disgruntled defender Ngakoue

    JACKSONVILLE — The Jacksonville Jaguars placed the franchise tag on disgruntled defensive end Yannick Ngakoue on Friday, a move that guarantees him more than $19 million next season.
