GIRLS GOLF: Columbia, Donaldson finish second in Region 1-2A to qualify for state
Columbia’s girls golf team finished runner-up at the Region 1-2A tournament on Tuesday. FRONT ROW: Veona Osborne (from left), Alison O’Brien, Karlee Gainey, Ashley Nelson and Megan Ruwe. BACK ROW: Head coach Chet Carter. (COURTESY)
Chet Carter isn’t sure if it’s ever happened at Columbia.
But whether it was historic or not, it was certainly a day to remember for the girls golf team.
