Nobody injured in mobile homes blaze

LIVE OAK — There were no injuries in a fire early Thursday morning that burned a pair of mobile homes in Live Oak.

According to a Live Oak Fire Department release, crews from both the LOFD and Suwannee County Fire Rescue responded to a blaze at 12:20 a.m. Thursday in the area of Railroad Avenue and Henry Street on the southern side of the city.

When LOFD’s Engine 3 and Ladder 1 arrived at the fire, one mobile home was fully involved and another was 25% involved, according to the release.

The firefighters extinguished the fire, completing the incident by 3 a.m., according to LOFD.

The State Fire Marshal’s office was called to investigate the cause of the blaze.

According to LOFD, nobody was injured in the incident.
