MAYO - A teenage girl from Lafayette County has been reported missing.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued the missing child alert Sunday afternoon about 15-year-old Genesis Aguilar-Colindres. According to the alert, Aguilar-Colindres was last seen in the area of the 7000th block of SW County Road 534 in Mayo on Friday.
Aguilar-Colindres, who is described as 5-foot-5 and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, may be carrying black Crocs, white Nike Air Force 1's and a black backpack.
The alert said Aguilar-Colindres has a scar from her eyebrow to her hairline.
