JASPER — Double lanes of traffic on Interstate 75 will be closed this week during the overnight hours in Hamilton County.
The Florida Department of Transportation will close two lanes Tuesday night on I-75 south near State Road 6 (exit 460) for asphalt repairs. The double lane closures will then be on the northbound lanes of I-75 on Wednesday night.
According to FDOT, the lane closures will begin at 10 p.m. each day and last until 5 a.m. the following day, weather and circumstances permitting.
FDOT encourages drivers to use additional caution and plan extra time for travel due to the closures and road work.
