A semi-permeable material was used for the parking improvements at Heritage Square in the Live Oak Community Redevelopment Area. The project is not quite complete as Curt’s Construction, which is handling the $1.029 million project, ran out of the material. It is expected to be completed this weekend. (COURTESY)
