Rotary Ball makes return

Centennial celebration includes formal party Saturday at The Blanche.

    A century ago, a group of community-orientated businessmen, led by attorney Fred P. Cone, the future governor of Florida, met in the Blanche Hotel and formed the Rotary Club of Lake City.
