The existing tower structure is unlit, and the tower facility includes the proposed 14'-9" x 28'-11" x 15'-6" compound expansion, an existing approximately 51 x 28-2 lease area and associated easements, along with a 30-ft buffer surrounding the existing and proposed lease areas. American Towers LLC seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received in the Columbia County Managers office until 2:00 P.M. on December 18 2019, for Columbia County Project No. 2019-05. This office is located on the second floor of the Courthouse Annex at 135 Hernando Avenue, Room 203 Lake City FL 32055.
This project is not limited to and includes:
1.Install drainage structures, 18, 24 and 30 drainage pipe and associated mitered end sections connecting to CR-25A, then along Bell Street and connecting to US-441.
2.Install and construct stormwater retention ponds (WDA 2 and WDA 3) as shown in the contract documents.
3.Install and construct NW Bell Street Paving and Extension Roadway installation as shown in the contract documents. The roadway installation will include type B stabilization, optional base group 1 and 6, asphaltic concrete and friction course.
4.Install roadway pavement marking and signage as shown in the contract documents along Bell Street.
5.Install concrete sidewalk as part of the roadway construction and connecting to existing sidewalk at the intersection of Bell Street and US-441.
6.Install a 6-inch gas main starting at the end of the existing gas main on CR-25A, then running north on CR-25A, then running east along Bell Street up to the connection point with the existing gas main along US-441, as an additive alternate.
The Bid Forms and Construction specifications may be obtained from the Countys web site at http://www.columbiacountyfla.com/PurchasingBids.asp. Deadline for questions regarding construction plans, specifications, and/or bid documents must be received before 2:00 P.M. on December 13, 2019.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish the County Manager with a 5% bid bond with submittal, and if selected, furnish the County Manager with a performance bond and proof of liability insurance prior to commencing work.
The Columbia County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to add to the contract or delete from the contract to stay within their funding capabilities.
