AT&T helping customers during Irma

AT&T is joining Verizon in urging customers to stay in touch with loved ones before, during and after Hurricane Irma without worry to their bills.

AT&T won't be issuing pricey fees for Florida customers who go over their talk, text and data plans.

"As Hurricane Irma continues to make its way toward Florida, we'd like to help out during this difficult time," a message from the company states.

AT&T is monitoring Irma's impact and is providing updates on how they plan to provide relief to residents and businesses here.
