FORT WHITE — The Fort White Lady Indians soccer team fell in a tough loss against the P.K. Yonge Blue Wave at Arrowhead Stadium on Wednesday night 0-1.
The loss brings the Lady Indians to 1-3 on the season and 0-1 in the district, but all can not be lost against three time defending district champions.
It’s important to rebound from the loss as the Lady Indians will travel next week to take on another district foe in Newberry.
Fort White’s strength continues to be their defense which held the Blue Wave to one goal with excellent play from Porsha Bird, Kirsten Bass, Danielle Gainey, and Alison Wrench.
Meghan Binge also played well with 10 saves.
